Farewell Friends!

Dear Diet Drop Readers,

One of the hardest things to do when you’re trying to lose weight is to adjust your weight loss plans, eating habits, and exercise schedule to adapt to changing circumstances in your life. You may start off with one plan and then something happens to affect your job or family, making that plan useless in your new situation. When this happens, it helps to take a step back and re-evaluate how you’re going to achieve your goals. That said, it’s time for us to take a step back due to our changing circumstances. This has been really fun and enlightening to do but we will not be continuing the Diet Drop blog. Hopefully, it has helped you in some way, too. Good luck with all of your future endeavors!
